1. Motivational: means to incite: incite means to urge to action; rouse
2. Coaching: the practice of supporting an individual through the process of achieving personal or professional goals.
Motivational Coaching is most effective when there are a few factors present:
A. When you realize you need someone to encourage you to reach a desired goal.
B. When you’re ready to go to next level and need someone to help you develop your skill set or style.
C. When you realize you can’t do it by yourself.
That’s all it takes for the Coach and Client to solve problems. Create a new vision for personal development, and design a plan of action.
I will come to our session with my ears open and commit to be fully present. I will listen hard to what is being said and to what is not being said. During our time together, you will have my undivided attention.
I will help you to focus on what is important right now and help you to clarify the situation. Together we will identify where the areas are that you want to focus on to achieve a better and more fulfilled life.
We will explore the possibilities question and together we will discuss pros and cons of different scenarios and determine a course of action. In the end though, it is your decision to make.
Someone to push you forward, celebrate each and every success no matter how big or small. I will also listen with empathy when things do not work out quite the way you expected, but we will then refocus and move forward!
